Overview
Working in conjunction with the Senior Operations Manager and the COO, you will lead the company’s effort to liquidate equipment assets against aggressive monthly targets. This equipment includes but is not limited to tractors, buses, commercial trucks, bakery equipment, medical equipment, harvesters, and agri-processing equipment.
Job Description
Present, promote and sell productsAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleReach out to customer leads through cold callingEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsLeverage existing, and further develop, our network of contactsExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsProvide weekly/monthly reports on progress and on customer needs, issues, interests, and potential for additional products and servicesContinuously improve through feedback

Candidate Specification
Technical or industrial sales experience or automotive (used or new) sales experience, especially commercial experienceDisciplined work ethic with the desire for personal and professional advancement, Results-driven and results-focused, Team playerFluent in written and verbal English and KiswahiliOrganized with strong sense of priority and commitment to deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills (including telephone manner and persuasiveness)Valid driver’s license
