l&M Bank (T) Ltd, a subsidiary of l&M Group which has presence in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Mauritius invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following available positions.
JOB TITLE: BRANCH RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (MWANZA)
REPORTS TO: HEAD OF CORPORATE BANKING
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for marketing to new and existing clients to grow quality business of both the asset and liability book in line with branch targets and attain target profit for the Branch
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Finance or any other related field from a recognized institution.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
A minimum of 3 years of working experience at Senior Officer levelFinancial Analytical skillsKnowledge on market/macroeconomics trendsKnowledge of regulatory frameworksExcellent communications skillsEmotional intelligence
